Group Event FAQs
2 HOUR EVENTS
- 15 minutes learning how to throw hatchets
- 60-75 minutes of match play amongst the team to determine the top 8
- 30 minutes for the top 8 tournament / team championship
- Coaches will circulate throughout the event to assist throwers and keep the energy up!
A typical Group Event at The Cut is somewhere between 11 and 30 people. But…
The Cut can host up to 300 people.
Our inside occupancy is 246 and our outside patio fits 54 (according to our occupancy permit!)
Get Everyone Excited and Informed
Make sure your team knows the date, start time, and finish time – and that they’re going to have a great time!
Sign the Waiver in Advance to Save Time
To save time during the check-in process and get throwing quickly make sure to have everyone in your group sign the waiver in advance.
Wear Closed-Toed Shoes
Make sure to wear closed-toed shoes when you come! Insurance requires this! Forgot your shoes? That’s ok – we have some you can borrow.
Yes! Outside food and catering is welcome.
Remember to bring plates, napkins, and anything else you’ll need while eating!
